I’m a DC based self taught photographer started about spring / summer 2016. My work ranges from portraits, events, and architectural photography both film and digital. My personal work is inspired by the drastic changes the city suffered from 2016 and beyond. Things that once were and things that continue to flourish from the heartbeat of the city. Chocolate City. Alongside an expression of release of emotions that exceed it’s capacity in this flesh. I believe there’s a certain intimacy between the eye and the subject. The outcome of that just solidifies that intimacy. My work can be expressed as sensual, and gentle, underlining a gloomy feel.

My greatest muses come from my community. Their performances are extraordinary. When I speak intimacy in capturing my subjects the energy, comfort, and expression. They never misinterpret the message (vision) in which I’m bringing to fruition.
